The 180" Lincoln Town Car from Syracuse
What looked like a worn limousine with a lot of work ahead of it became a full restoration and a fantastic vehicle in our fleet for years.
Another amazing story was when I found a 180 inch stretched Lincoln Town Car in Syracuse, New York.
At the time, a 180 inch Lincoln Town Car limousine was still a very cool vehicle to have in the fleet. This one had potential, but it definitely needed a lot of work.
Sometimes the best vehicles are not the ones that look perfect when you find them. They are the ones you are willing to rebuild and bring back to life.
I booked a flight, flew out to Syracuse, and went to take a look at it. When I got there, I could immediately see the situation. The seats were actually in good shape, but everything else needed serious attention.
Still, I saw something in it.
So I made the decision to bring it back and take on the full restoration.

This limousine was built by Empire Limousines, which at the time I believe was based out of New York. It had a solid foundation, but it needed to be brought back to life properly.
When I got it back, we went all in. We gutted the entire interior and rebuilt it the right way.
We gutted the whole thing. Not partially. The entire interior came out. We redid the interior, worked through the electrical issues, and straightened out the wiring problems that were in it.
It took time, effort, and a lot of hands-on work, but when it was done, it turned into a fantastic vehicle.
Built back the right way
A flight to Syracuse, a limousine full of potential, a complete gut job, electrical repairs, and years of service after bringing it back to life.
That Lincoln ended up serving us for many years in the fleet.
It is another reminder that some of the best vehicles are the ones that require vision, patience, and the willingness to put in the work when other people would have walked away.
What started as a worn limousine in Syracuse became a fully restored vehicle and a meaningful chapter in the journey.
